Kurt W. Kamber, Managing Director

Managing Director, domiciled in Gruet, Switzerland and Valletta, Malta

Founder and principal shareholder of Kamber Consultancy Ltd., CH-Gruet (Gossau/ZH), and founder and CEO of Swiss Administration Centre Ltd., Valletta, Malta. 40 years experience in international banking and asset management, and member of the prestigious “International Association of Business Leaders”. Inventor and promoter of the physical Gold Accumulation Program based on the cost averaging method. First and incumbent president of the Swiss-Maltese Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. David E. Griscti, Fund Secretary and Director

Fund Secretary and Director, domiciled in St. Julians, Malta

Dr. Griscti is a founding partner of the law firm DAVID GRISCTI & ASSOCIATES and the corporate-trusts-tax services and advisory firm QUBE SERVICES LIMITED. He holds a doctorate degree in law (LL.D) from the University of Malta and a Masters degree in Securities, International Tax and International Finance Law (LL.M) from the University of London. He is a full member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and a founding member of STEP (Malta). His area of practice is predominantly financial services law, with an emphasis on Investment Services (particularly Funds and Fund Managers), Corporate, and Finance. He sits on the Board of a number of Collective Investment Schemes and other license holders. He is also a founder and director of the licensed corporate trustee company QUBE HOLDINGS LIMITED, and the licensed investment services provider Swiss Administration Centre Limited.
