Sierra Madre : How to Invest

The SIERRA MADRE GOLD&SILVER VENTURE FUND is a Non-Retail Collective Investment Scheme (PIF) and accordingly accepts subscriptions from both Institutional and Private Investors, with a minimum amount of CAD 30,000. Only Experienced Investors are allowed to invest in the Fund. Each and every prospective investor in the Fund shall confirm their status as Experienced Investor by completing, signing and submitting to the Investment Manager, or any person sub-contracted by the Investment Manager, one of the Experienced Investor Declaration Forms.
